To Activate The 12 Monthly Plan

To start using The 12 plan (even if you are a current Page Plus customer on a different plan), you will need to purchase an initial 12 plan PIN. Once subscribed, you can use Standard or 12  PINs to renew the plan.

Once you have purchased your 12 PIN, you can activate using any of the following methods (make sure you are not using your Page Plus cell phone while attempting to activate):

  • Dealer: The store where you purchased your PIN can activate the plan for you. Charges may apply. Use our store locator to find a dealer near you.
  • Online: Register or login to My Account and follow the instructions.
  • Call our 24-hour automated system at 1-877-359-6695 from a landline.
  • Call Customer Service at 1-800-550-2436 (Monday - Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM Eastern).

Automatic Renewal Makes It Easy

Optionally, you can set up an Auto Refill program that automatically charges your credit card $12 every month. To set up Auto Refill create an online account and click on "Auto Refill" after you add a phone.

Standard rates will apply for roaming, international voice, international text and premium SMS. If you use more than the included minutes/messages/data in this plan, you will be charged the overage rates listed in the services chart on the Plans Detail tab.

Account Balance

Page Plus Cellular holds your account balance in US Dollars. When you use a service, your account will be charged the amount per the Services chart as listed in the Plans Details tab on this page. Use typically begins when you answer a call, and continues until you end the call or it is otherwise terminated.

Account Life Cycle

The 12 plan renews automatically every month. In order to keep your Page Plus monthly service active, you must add a new $12.00 plan card/PIN before your next renewal date. Failure to renew your plan will trigger a 60-day grace period, after which your phone number will be deactivated.
