Customer Service Represenatives help customers with troubleshooting, as well as assiting dealers with activating phones, and performing troubleshooting of equipment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive inbound calls from Page plus Customers and Authorized agents.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
- Answer customers and authorized agents questions, requests and resolve their problems efficiently and professionally by applying Page Plus policies.
- Utilize multiple applications provided by Page Plus in order to answer customers and agents questions and resolve their problems in most efficient and timely manner.
- Consistently and accurately enter required customer information into credit card forms in order to create credit card purchase order.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communications with customers, department personnel and management.
- Promote and ensure that the customer service delivered is of the highest quality while managing length of calls.
- Accept assignments with open, cooperative, positive and team oriented attitudes.
- Actively participates in team meetings, confers with co-workers to research customer’s Problems and find solutions.
- Participate in performance measurements and activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Follow Page Plus rules and regulations (e.g. Attendance, Breaks, Dress code, Food…etc).
- Perform other functions as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED.
- Bachelor's degree or/and associated degree in Business Administration or any related fields is PLUS.
- Minimum two to three years experience in a call center environment or similar environments.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly desirable.
- Must be computer literate.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
